Captain Cristian Orozco was amazing! I got his contact information Friday afternoon, and despite the very short notice, he was willing to join me and my family for our first boat outing. He was extremely helpful, patient, and generous in sharing his knowledge and experience. He made me feel relaxed and much more comfortable maneuvering the boat. Cris is exceptional at what he does! From the very beginning he found exactly what I wanted, and super quick. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was very impressed. To add on to that, there was an unfortunate situation with my charter 24 hours before scheduled, absolutely nothing to do with Cris or Phantom Marine, and he went above and beyond to resolve it, not giving up until another charter was found. Once again, he found exactly what I wanted with lots of patience and determination, and on a time crunch! I am so so grateful!
